Our blend contains seven certified organic herbs: Raspberry Leaf, Nettle Leaf, Spearmint, Lemon Balm, Chamomile Flower, Tulsi (Holy Basil), and Ginger Root. That's it — nothing else. No fillers, no natural flavors, no preservatives.

Yes. Nurtured Woman™ is naturally caffeine-free. All seven herbs are caffeine-free, which means you can enjoy it any time of day — morning, afternoon, or evening — without disrupting your sleep.

We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before using any herbal product during pregnancy or breastfeeding. While many of the herbs in our blend are widely used traditionally, individual circumstances vary and your provider is the best person to guide you.

Add 1–2 teaspoons of loose leaf per 8 oz of water. Pour freshly boiled water over the herbs, cover your cup, and steep for 10–15 minutes. Strain and enjoy. The longer you steep, the stronger the infusion. We recommend 1–3 cups daily.

Covering your cup while steeping is important because it traps the volatile aromatic oils that evaporate with steam. These oils are a key part of the therapeutic value of many of the herbs in this blend — particularly chamomile, lemon balm, and spearmint. A simple saucer placed over your mug works perfectly.

Each pouch contains 1.5 oz (42.5g) of loose leaf tea, which makes approximately 22–44 cups depending on how strong you brew it. At 1 cup per day, one pouch lasts approximately 3–5 weeks.
